One-on-One Personal Training
Discover a new, easier way to approach exercise and food through personalized workouts and nutritional guidance. You will not only change your body and achieve your goals, you will also learn to maintain your new health. Knowledge as well as consistency are essential for long term success.
Sessions are approx. 1 hour (45 mins interval training & 10-15 mins nutrition consult - touching base, progress, questions, etc.)
Couples & Small Group Classes
Training is easier and more fun when you do it together. Avoid the gym and strict class times, and make "getting fit" work around your schedule. Grab a friend or gather a group and get the same feel & results of a 1:1 session.
Classes are 45-50 mins of interval training & includes individual nutrition packet.
